30-Day Return Window

We offer a 30-day return period on all men’s t-shirts. To qualify, items must be returned within 30 days of delivery in new, unused condition, with original tags and packaging intact.

How to Initiate a Return

To begin a return, contact us at support@modicifashion.nl. Our team will provide a return authorization and instructions. Returns sent without prior approval cannot be accepted.

Return Shipping Labels

  • Defective or Incorrect Items: We cover return shipping and provide a prepaid label.

  • Change of Mind (Non-Defective Items): Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Accepted Product Conditions We only accept returns for men’s t-shirts that are:

  • Unworn and unwashed

  • Free from damage, stains, or odors

  • Returned with original tags and packaging

Restocking Fee

We do not charge any restocking fees.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, faulty, or incorrect t-shirt, email us at support@modicifashion.nl with clear photos of the issue. We’ll resolve it promptly with a replacement, exchange, or refund.

Exchanges

We offer exchanges for defective, damaged, or incorrect t-shirts. Please contact us to arrange an exchange.

Shipping Costs on Returns

 Original shipping fees paid at the time of purchase are non-refundable. Refunds apply only to the product price, excluding shipping.

Refund Process

  • Rejected Refunds: If the returned item does not meet our criteria (e.g., used, damaged, or missing tags), we’ll notify you. You may choose to have the item shipped back at your expense.

  • Approved Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of approval. Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 7 business days.
